BabyHeartDance is a product provided by huang rong (hereinafter referred to as "we"). When you use our services, we may collect and use information related to you. Through this Privacy Policy, we would like to explain how we collect, use, store, and protect such information when you use our services, as well as the ways we provide for you to access, update, and control your information.

- Information We Collect
We value privacy protection and aim to process only the information necessary to provide our product features. Depending on the specific features you use, the current version of BabyHeartDance may process the following information:
- Fetal Movement Record Data
◦ When you use features such as count-based sessions, timed sessions, history review, and trend analysis, the app records fetal movement-related information generated or entered by you locally on your device, such as session start time, end time, kick tap events, counting results, session status, summary data, and analysis results.
- Local Settings Data
◦ When you adjust settings such as the default recording mode, deduplication interval, reminder time, reminder switches, haptic feedback strength, or onboarding completion state, the related configuration data is stored locally on your device so that the app can provide the corresponding functionality in future use.
- Notification Permission and Reminder Settings
◦ When you enable morning, noon, or evening reminders, we request system notification permission with your authorization and create reminder schedules locally on your device based on the times you set. We do not obtain your contacts, messages, or other unrelated information as a result.
- Session Information Required for Live Activity / Widget Display
◦ When you use Live Activity or related widget display capabilities during a recording session, the system may show part of the current session information on the Lock Screen or other system surfaces, such as the current mode, recorded count, progress, start time, or elapsed duration. This information is used only to display the current recording status on your device.
The current version of BabyHeartDance does not provide account registration, login, cloud sync, social sharing, advertising delivery, or third-party analytics features. We do not actively collect your name, phone number, email address, precise location, photos, contacts, ID number, payment account information, or any other personal information unrelated to the current app features.
- Information Storage
2.1 Storage Methods and Duration
- The fetal movement records, analysis results, and settings generated within the app are stored locally on your device, including within the app sandbox or within locally available system capabilities.
- Reminder schedules are maintained locally on your device through the system notification framework.
- Session information required for Live Activity / widget display is used locally on your device only for current display and state synchronization.
- You may remove relevant local data by deleting in-app records, turning off reminders, resetting related settings, or uninstalling the app. After uninstalling the app, local data stored in the app sandbox is generally deleted together with the app, while system-level display and notification states are cleaned up according to system behavior.
2.2 No Online Transmission
- The current version of BabyHeartDance does not provide online upload, online backup, or cloud synchronization features.
- Except for Apple system capabilities required to implement system functions, we do not upload your fetal movement records or settings data to our servers.
